1-1 Consultation:

The initial consultation lasts 60-90 minutes to discuss nutritional goals. Within 48 hours, a follow-up 30-minute session delivers the client’s personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, explains recommendations, and answers any questions. The plan includes tailored nutrition, recipes, exercise and supplement advice, and referrals for further testing if needed.

Follow-Up Consultation: 

A 45-60 minute follow-up session, 6-8 weeks after the initial consultation, to review progress, challenges, test results, and supplement use. The original plan is updated based on these factors and longer-term goals.

Perfect for those addressing recent or ongoing symptoms, or aiming for weight management.
